This morning I got together with some of the other Morgan women to make strawberry jam. It was my first time canning, and it really wasn't that hard. We ended up making both jam and strawberry topping for ice cream, cheesecake, etc. I can't wait to make some fresh rolls to spread this yummy jam on!We did have a strawberry bandit, though:
